The school’s Cyclic Review process is now complete with the report being finalised and signed off by the Director of Schools Mr Peter Turner. The Review Team (which met with parents, students and staff last Term) have made the following recommendations to guide the school’s strategic planning:

• Continue to promote understanding of Ignatian spirituality with students, families and staff as an authentic way of embodying the school’s vision and mission;
• Build on the existing vibrant collaborative staff culture to embed the Collaborative Inquiry approach (work associated with Dr Lyn Sharret)
• Develop processes and structures to monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of Agreed Teaching Practices and Collaborative Inquiry; and
• Continue to develop relationships with the Principals of the two other Catholic schools located in the All Saints Parish precinct, Stella Maris Catholic Primary School and Corpus Christi Catholic High School, to build shared staff commitment, effective transition processes and capacity to provide religious leadership in the region.

As discussed at the last P&F meeting the above noted recommendations will be the basis of the school’s ongoing School Review and Improvement process.
