Over the next few weeks, the PB4L focus will continue to be on RESPECT. One of our school rules is that at Nazareth we are all respectful. We are going to focus on peer to peer respect. Teachers will be revising with the students the second and third letters of RESPECT.

E stands for Empathy is to listen and connect.

Students will be taught and reminded to listen and respond respectfully to others to show empathy, make connections with the experiences of their peers and consider the perspectives of their peers.

S stands for Self Monitor -  think first.

Students will be taught and reminded to identify their feelings, talk about how they are feeling and think of some strategies I can use to regulate their feelings.
