In Year 1, we have been listening to and discussing the Parable of the Mustard Seed.

Jesus taught this parable to others to help them understand that the tiny mustard seed is just like God’s Kingdom- even though something starts as a small thing (or action) it can grow into the biggest tree.

Seeds need rain and sunshine to become what they are meant to be. God’s Kingdom also has ‘needs’ to become what it is meant to be- acts of love, compassion, forgiveness, and kindness. Everything that Jesus demonstrated in his life!
