This term 2L has been exploring 'The Seasons of Easter', 'Pentecost', 'The Church's Year' and 'Signs of God's love'. Along with demonstrating their understanding and familiarity of the scripture stories, students of 2L drew their images of how they picture God.

Patch - "God, he made us and he made this world"

Ava - "At Pentecost,  our prayer table is red"

Jagger - "Jesus surprised the people who were going to visit his tomb because he rose from the dead'

Violet - "The Easter season is when lent begins, and the last supper happened. Then Jesus rose from the dead and the Easter bunny comes"

Arthur - "The Paschal candle is a large white candle lit during the Easter service"
