PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
On behalf of all staff I welcome everyone back to Nazareth to commence the new school year. I welcome new families to the school including the 59 new Kindergarten children and 16 other new children from Year 1 to Year 6. I hope everyone has enjoyed the school holiday time and that everyone has had time to do the things you love to do as a family. From visiting classrooms and speaking with children in the playground, it is clear that the children are happy to be back at school and are ready for the new year ahead.
As previously communicated various COVID restrictions are still in place and I will ensure that all parents/carers are kept up to date with the latest information from the NSW Government, NSW Health and Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong.
I acknowledge and thank all families who adhere to the school’s uniform policy and remind everyone that the Nazareth school uniform has a long history and is an important part of our school. Please note the following details associated with the Nazareth uniform:
(Uniform policy summer boys, girls, sports uniform, hair and jewellery)

I welcome all staff back to Nazareth and thank them for their preparation ensuring a smooth start to the new year. In particular I welcome Ms Leahnore Wright back to Nazareth. For the past 3 years Ms Wright has been working at St Francis School at Daly River in the Northern Territory.
I look forward to supporting all members of the school as we work together, along with our Parish Priest Fr Joe, so that our children will continue to seek knowledge, acquire wisdom and promote peace.
