WHEN COMMUNICATING WITH TEACHERS

Whenever it is necessary to communicate information to a class teacher the school asks that you either phone the school office and make a mutually convenient time to have a phone discussion or email the school office  info@nscdow.catholic.edu.au and the email will be forwarded to the particular teacher.

SMART WATCHES

The school asks the cooperation from all families in relation to children not wearing ‘smart’ watches to school. Mr Dempsey has discussed this with the children so that they understand why. He outlined that smart watches, due to their vast array of capabilities including connectivity to send and receive messages, are a distraction for children in the classroom. All children at Nazareth school know that focusing on learning and limiting distraction is of high importance. Thank you for your cooperation.

PARENT INFORMATION SESSIONS - Years 1 - 6

Date - Monday 21st February

Time -  Over the course of the evening, two identical sessions will be held for each grade via Zoom. A Zoom invitation will be sent to parents and carers via Seesaw or COMPASS by the class teachers.

Session 1: 5:00pm - 5:45pm

Session 2: 6:00pm - 6:45pm

Kindergarten parents and carers will have a meet and greet meeting with their child's teacher in Week 5. Please check Compass to make a booking.
