Celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation will take place on Sunday, 3 July 2022 at 11am and 2pm.
Stations of the Cross
As we near the end of our Lenten season, we begin the very important season of Easter. Year 5 will be presenting the solemn prayer, Stations of the Cross, in the hall on Friday morning at 9am. All families are welcome to attend. If, however, this continuing rain prevents this, we will send a link via COMPASS notifying you on Friday morning.
Project Compassion Boxes
If any families have Project Compassion boxes, please drop them off to the Parish office before Holy Thursday, next week. Thank you so much to the generous families of Nazareth for your continued contributions toward Caritas and Project Compassion. Your donations change the lives of families.
Palm Sunday and Holy Week
This Sunday is Palm Sunday, also called Passion Sunday, in the Christian tradition, the first day of Holy Week and the Sunday before Easter. Palm Sunday commemorates Jesus Christ's triumphal entry into Jerusalem. Following Palm Sunday is Holy Week. Holy Week is important as it reminds us of God's sacrifice of his son, and also God's love for his people. Easter is the most important festival in the Christian calendar.
All Palm Sunday and Holy Week mass times can be found in the All Saints Parish Bulletin and all other important information. A link can be found on the Parish Website: https://www.dow.org.au/parish/all-saints-catholic-parish-shellharbour-city
