I wish to congratulate and thank all students who entered into the spirit of Book Week last Friday by dressing up as a character from a book or a character relating to the Book Week theme. It was fantastic to see so many family members and family friends present during the Book Week character parade and to welcome a number of pre-school children from Wallaroo Preschool. It was a great day and I also extend my thanks to the staff for entering into the celebrations by dressing up.
All families are reminded about the importance of students wearing correct school uniform. If there are any matters associated with your child being out of uniform for a period of time please contact me via the school office. Refer to details of the Nazareth School uniform in this newsletter.
The school community extends a happy father day to all fathers, step fathers, grandfathers and all those that fulfil the role of father. Nazareth will be acknowledging Father’s Day with the Father’s Day stall being open to students on Thursday and the Father’s Day breakfast this Friday morning in the school playground from 7:30am.
Enjoy the week ahead

The assessment of religious literacy focuses on students knowledge and understanding of the key concepts that are taught throughout their Religious Education from Kindergarten to Year 4, and what this means for the way we live, as it is applied in society.
