I am very impressed with our Year 6 students and the learning associated with Night of the Notables. Today, students from Kindergarten to Year 5 were able see the Year 6 students dressed as their notable person and interact with the impressive displays. Tonight, parents and family members of Year 6 students will be able to be part of this outstanding showcase of learning. Congratulations and well done to all Year 6 students for what you have achieved in relation to learning about your nominated notable person and for the manner in which you became the notable person.
Many ex-Nazareth students commenced their Higher School Certificate (HSC) this week. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of them.
Take care and enjoy the week ahead.

Jump Off Day
This Friday 14th October the students will be presented with a special skipping performance by some of our dedicated teachers. We can't wait to see what they have in store for us.
It should be a great day with the students then taking part in fun activities throughout the day.
All children will be required to wear their sports uniform so they are able to take part in the rotational activities. K-2 will be taking part in activities in the morning session with 3-6 getting involved in the middle session. We can't wait for this awesome day!
Thanks to everyone in our community who has joined our Jump Rope for Heart initiative with enthusiasm and excitement!
We are off to a firing start to Term 4 in 2L! In Geography this term we are looking at Australia's place in the world. We have started looking at the continents and oceans of the world and attempted to place the continents on a blank map. We found this quite difficult but Mrs Constable always teaches us to never give up and work as a team. Check out us working together!

Welcome back to Term 4! We hope everyone enjoyed the school holidays!
The classroom focus for PB4L this week is on classroom procedures. Classroom teachers will revise with students the classroom procedures and management processes for their class.
Our focus for our playground this week is on toilet behaviour. Students are expected to use the toilets respectfully and responsibly so that all students are safe and feel safe when using the toilets. Students will keep the toilets clean and tidy so that all toilets remain functioning and can be used. If students notice a problem in the toilets, they will report it right away.
Classroom teachers will remind students of appropriate behaviours when using the toilets at Nazareth before recess and lunch.
